I am moving out so I would like to sublease my room from June 25 to July 31. The location is Boardwalk apartment near Paramount Resort, which is very close to campus. It is the second largest bedroom in the 3BR/2BA unit and has a full size bed, desk, chair, lamp, cable TV and a big walk-in closet. Since I am not coming back to Gainesville after that, at the end of the lease you can have all the furniture (except the TV).
Roommates are nice, clean and easy to get along with, the rest of the apartment is fully furnished as well.
